As the daughter of Stanley Willard Henson, Jr who was a doctor and Thelma Burnell Henson Michele Carey whose birth name is Michele Lee Henson was born on February 26, 1942, in Annapolis, Maryland in the United States of America. As a teenager she had a great talent at playing piano and won an award at the national Chicago Music Festival when she was only thirteen years old. Fort Collins High School is where she obtained her highschool diploma in 1960. She relocated from Colorado to Los Angeles in order to find better job opportunities. Her initial career path was modeling after she signed with the elite modeling agency, Powers agency. While still modeling she started to get more attracted to acting. The actress caught the attention of Hollywood producers while she was doing it. The first time she appeared on TV was as a character in The Man from U.N.C.L.E. Michele was a well-known American actor who started her career as a model. After working for Powers, she moved into the scene of acting in 1964 with the television series The Man From U.N.C.L.E. Her role in the 1966 film, El Dorado, as a prominent character-related who was a troublemaker, Josephine Joey MacDonald, exposed her to the spotlight. It was her role as an actor in the 1960s and 1970s that made her famous.
