Becki Newton

Becki is from Connecticut native. When she was 13, she began performing in community plays as well as summer stage productions. She attended many classes in European History in the University of Pennsylvania. Becki was immediately moved to NYC after graduation in order to pursue Broadway. Following her appearance in many national commercials and guest starring roles, including Cold Case (2003), Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (1999), and American Dreams (2002), Becki was offered the part of Amanda on Ugly Betty (2006). She's got a husband named Chris Diamantopoulos and has a brother named Matt Newton. Some of the most gorgeous women I've met are not always models of the highest caliber. This is a good thing because I don't have to worry about the red carpet or work because I am not an expert. But, I'm no squeamish about taking risks with regards to my appearance. It's fun to be glamorous! The point is not to be a fussy person however, it's about taking care of yourself. It's acceptable to be little naughty.
